These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Luxy Limousine and its clients when using our private chauffeur and limousine services.
These GTC govern:
The booking and use of transfer and limousine services provided by Luxy Limousine.
Payment, cancellation, and liability conditions.
The relationship between Luxy Limousine and its clients in Switzerland and the European Union.
By booking our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTC.
Bookings may be made via our website, by email, or by phone.
A written confirmation (email or SMS) will be sent to the client with all booking details.
The client must verify the accuracy of the booking information (date, time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type). Luxy Limousine cannot be held responsible for errors not reported by the client.
Rates are indicated in CHF and include Swiss VAT and all service-related fees, unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure method accepted by Luxy Limousine.
Luxy Limousine reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment to confirm the booking.
In the event of late payment, Luxy Limousine may refuse to perform the service until full payment is received.
Cancellation by the client:
More than 48 hours before the service: free of charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the total amount charged.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total amount charged.
Booking modifications:
Any change of date, time, or location is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Luxy Limousine. Additional fees may apply.
Cancellation by Luxy Limousine:
Luxy Limousine reserves the right to cancel a service in cases of force majeure, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. The client will be informed and fully refunded.
Provide accurate information when making a booking.
Respect the vehicle and the chauffeur, and comply with safety regulations (seatbelt use, legal restrictions, etc.).
Not transport dangerous, illegal, or flammable substances in the vehicle.
The client is responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the vehicle or chauffeur.
Luxy Limousine undertakes to provide a safe and high-quality service, with professional drivers and regularly maintained vehicles.
Luxy Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadworks, or events beyond our control.
Luxy Limousine’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned service.
Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Swiss FADP & EU GDPR).
Clients have the right to access, rectify, object to, and request deletion of their personal data.
Luxy Limousine shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control, such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes, blockades, or government restrictions
Accidents or vehicle breakdowns
In such cases, Luxy Limousine will make every effort to offer an alternative solution or refund the client.
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of Luxy Limousine and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts at the registered office of Luxy Limousine, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
